BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE

Your first
questions, answered.

Talk through your project
Can I start without a finished product specification?

Yes. Tell us the intended use, preferred packaging, and approximate quantity. We can discuss the details needed to assess your project and prepare a quote.

What are your minimum orders and lead times?

Both are quoted by project. Product specifications, packaging, material availability, and the production schedule determine what’s possible. Include your target quantity and date when you inquire.

Do you manufacture HOCl in-house?

Yes. Regent manufactures hypochlorous acid in-house and provides filling, labeling, and packaging. You can discuss bulk supply or a finished branded product.

Can you work to my concentration and pH targets?

Yes. Share your target concentration, pH, intended use, and acceptance criteria. We’ll confirm the manufacturing requirements before quoting.

How do private label and white label differ?

For private label, start with the product and packaging requirements of your brand. For white label, ask about existing product options that can carry your label. Availability and customization are confirmed with your quote.

Can you source and fill the packaging?

Yes. Regent offers bottle, closure, and label procurement alongside filling and labeling. Our published bottle filling range is 2 ounces to 1 gallon; the format is confirmed for your product.

What if my application has specific approval requirements?

Include the intended use, proposed label claims, and required registrations or documentation in your brief. We’ll assess project fit before quoting; suitability is specific to the finished product and use.
